NEW Quarterly Assessment Late Fee Charge

At the January 2, 2008, NCA Board of Directors Meeting, with four board members in attendance, Director Oxendine made a motion to change the assessment late charge from $15 to $25 starting the second quarter of 2008.  Vote was four ‘yes’ and zero ‘no’.
